At the heart of our daycare’s governance lies a dedicated Board of Directors composed entirely of parents with children enrolled at the center. This Board serves as the guiding force behind our operational decisions and strategic direction.

Comprising no fewer than six and no more than ten members, the Board brings together a diverse array of perspectives and experiences, ensuring comprehensive representation of our daycare community. Each member is deeply invested in the welfare and success of our center, contributing their unique insights and expertise to support our mission.

It’s important to note that our organizational policies dictate that staff members are ineligible to serve as Board members. This clear separation preserves an environment where the distinct roles and responsibilities of our dedicated staff and the governance of the Board remain separate and focused on their respective functions.

The Board’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and advocacy for our children’s best interests shapes our center’s policies and decisions. Their active involvement and dedication to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment underscore our collective commitment to excellence at our daycare center.
